Darryl has been involved in real estate for over 15 years. His passion for real estate has been evident from an early age and it is rumoured that he was fielding buyer enquiry from the age of six. Darryl obtained his real estate certificate at the age of 23 and then carried out his real estate apprenticeship on Waiheke Island in 2003 during a highly competitive market that demanded the very best level of service. He then relocated to his home town of New Plymouth to a market seeing significant growth. In 2011 the family business was purchased by Bayleys Taranaki and Darryl became part of a very professional residential sales team.

Beyond the obvious roles of prospecting, marketing, sales and negotiation, Darryl has spent time with some of Australasia’s leading real estate trainers, constantly staying in touch with innovation and knowledge in the industry.

In his spare time you will find Darryl golfing, training, reading, and playing sports with his two children.

Darryl is determined to add to his reputation and skill set in the commercial division. Together with Iain Taylor, they now form a dynamic business partnership with decades of combined experience and expertise at their clients disposal.
